What you should know
Policies and agreements
- Children under ages of Five can share room with parents free of cost.
- Children above the age of five will be charged fully for food.
- Children to be accompanied by parents in all areas, for safety reasons.
- Check-in at 14:00 hours and check-out 12:00 hours, which guests are expected to adhere to. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon request, but it's subject to availability and may incur additional charges LKR 4500 (up to 5 hours). More than 5 hours following day charges will be incurred.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. Guests who violate the policy may be subject to fines or additional charges for cleaning.
- Pets are not allowed in our property.
- Guests are expected to respect quite hours and behave in a manner that does not disturb other guests. We reserve the right to vacate the guest if not adhering to policies.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property or theft of hotel items during their stay. Charges applicable according to the damage and loss of items.
